Youan level as a resto shaman yes... but I don't think it's worth it,
unless your on a new server or are leveling along side a balaed group of otherharters you won't have mh lk doing instaes til you reh the outlands. So you should be looking at a solo build imo. Ehaement and elemental both work very well but the itemazation for elemental shamans is almost non existent before the outlands. Personally I leveled from 60-70 as ehaement before swihing to elemental. A restoration Shamanan solo heal most outland instaes iluding atleast some of the heros. Given a balaed group and dent healer gear I don't see a problem for a non resto sp shaman solo healing instae most of the way up either. As
to when you should go restoration it's really up to how easy you have getting groups for instaes. Personnaly I wouldn't resp til your done or nearly done with solo questing.
I am leveling my shaman as restro. armory.worldofwaraftomharter...;n=Euthus Iurrently only have 10 points in enhaement but previously to obtained nature's swiftness I had imp ghost wolf. Imo a restro shaman leveling is the "youan't kill me sp". The gear goal for me to max int, agi, and stam. I usually have some trash green +healing gear that I swap out in instaes with my agi gear. The talents to fus on are the ones that rede healost, interruption, andasting time. Ireased totem range for grouping
so youan stay at max heal range and still buff melee with SOE e. Reded Totem manaosts helps you get that extra heal off. I wouldn't do a re for mana tide or earth shield while leveling. Don't
be afraid to try different variation from enhrest, ellerestro e. I have scessfully main healed the lower instae up to ST. I've had a lot of fun soloing, main healing, and pvping. I rommend going for it!
