Pets in end-game instances
2010-03-09 00:00:00
as a healer I never heal pets unless the pet is tanking (or off tanking) and saving our asses because the main tank is dead (unlikely he would die before me) or doesn't know what he's doing. But having a hunter main, I know hunters can heal their own pets. Don't expect me to use my own mana to do so. I have mana problems enough as it is because gung ho parties think they can take on 6 or 7 mobs at once. My healer is only up to 60 though, haven't done raids yet.
don't forget to learn trapping. very important. I've been practicing, but I've had trouble getting into groups. Everyone wants mages it seems.
I had a thread on whether I should get a new pet, but I think mine is fine. Only problems I had was when my pet was main tanking because he was running pallies and warlocks through scholo and dire maul for their epic mounts. My pet required massive healing (the pal...
learning new pet skills
2010-03-03 00:00:00
Greetings all, well I made a hunter finally (tons of fun wish I hadn't waited so long). Anyway my first pet is a boar. Well we are now both level 13 and I looked up where to get rank 2 of charge. So I put my pet into the stable went out and tamed another boar which had rank 2 charge. My problem is that I won't learn the skill. I've watched my new boar kill about 15 things and my hunter still hasn't...
Bejeweled to Appear as Minigame in World of Warcraft
2010-02-23 00:00:00
It's funny how developers can always come up with ways to turn addicting games into even more addicting ones. Such is the case with Bejeweled developer, PopCap Games, which will launch a version of the hit puzzle game for the biggest MMORPG (massive multiplayer online role playing game) out there, World of Warcraft.

For those unaware of the two titles, Bejeweled is a small puzzle game that took the world by storm with its first version, launched in 2001, and broke all the records in 2004 with its sequel. Achieving over 25 million units sold and over 150 million downloads over the Internet, the game put its developer, PopCap Games, on the map of puzzle gam...
when itomes to his all time favourite +hit?
2010-02-06 00:00:00
Bause he's a DPS whore and FSW is useless when itomes to his all time favourite +hit? Not to mention - and I'm still to hear a dissenting voe, the Dreadweave PvP gear is better than FSW.
why do i hate it? bause it'srap for raiding. it lks everything a warlk needs eept damage and the only reason people love it is os they're all drunk on "+damage+shadow damage" os of the stupid idea that it's all you need (an idea whh only appeared in t). but what's even worse is when I see warlks in...
The Lighthouse of Alexandria
2009-08-27 00:00:00
The Lighthouse of Alexandria was begun by Ptolemy in the Third Century BC and completed by his son, Ptolemy Philadelphos, on the island of Pharos in Alexandria, Egypt.

With an estimated height of 380 to 660 feet, the Lighthouse of Alexandria was one of the Seven Wonders of the World, along with the Colossus of Rhodes and the Mausoleum of Mausollos. Background
Pharos was a small island just off the coast of Egypt, near the city of Alexandria. The island was linked to the mainland by a man-made bridge. Together, the island of Pharos and the bridge formed half of Alexandria’s harbour.
Because of Egypt’s low-lying coastal geography and lack of geographical features, a lighthouse was determined to be necessary in order to make it easier for ships to find the entrance to Alexandria`s harbour. The Lighthouse originally functioned as a landmark, providing ships with a visual aid for navigation during the day. The Lighthouse is traditionally pictured with either a light-reflecting mirror or a signal fire. It is thought that these were added by the Romans in the First Century AD.Description of the Lighthouse
According to legend Ptolemy had forbidden Sostratus, the architec...
that seem to be in the wrong
2009-05-15 00:00:00
lol - there are a goodhunk of talents that seem to be in the wrong trees. Blessed Life - why is that in the Holy tree? Sred Duty - The +Sta is good, but why all the Divine Shield buffs? How often does a tank bubble up to loose aggro? Give those Divine Shield buffs to a Ret Paladin. Impo Aura - Is this for all the tanking spells that have longast times? :P There are more, but that is just a start.
jeromesimina wrote:To me, Retribution Aura seems to be the biggest misnomer in WoW, and is additionaly in the wrong talent tree. At the risk of revealing my inner pedant, Retribution Aura is not a misnomer at all. It does EXTLY what the name implies it does, ie. ext...

2009-05-05 00:00:00
Our Season 3 Helm and Tier 6 Helm both have wings flare out periodally if the helm is shown. Whh is an awful pity bause the wings look badass yet the helm looks retarded.
Awesome thanks a lot! I kind of like the look of the Season 3 helm, at least it's a lot better than my mana-ehedrown that I'murrently using. On a different note, what's your opinion on going for Gladiator gear Tun - any season asompared to the Frozen Shadoweave Tun? You ...
