Feral Cat Attack Rotation    2010-03-30 00:00:00
For duo'ing, I'd assume it's going to be VERY similar to solo'ing because a feral druid can kill things quite easily solo. For solo, it goes.... Stealth Pounce Mangle Shred (or Shred x2 if I got a clearcasting proc) (I usually put on Faerie Fire here since I need to wait for energy anyways) Mangle until mob is about 20 Ferocious Bite...
New Pets, what have you found and where?    2010-03-23 00:00:00
Ok so it's out, talking about BC of course, and ya it rocks. I was wondering what pets you have found and where? I have a Neither striker (i think thats what the name is) looks like a flying bat/fish. I know there are the bugs (ravagers) and there is another flying fish-like thing called spore bat. But do we have any juicy details, like do the bugs learn any good attacks? I know that the Neither striker that i have out dammages my lv 60 bear in DPS so i think it's an attack mob but armor is about 2k less. well just wanted to see what the other trackers have found ou...
Pets in end-game instances    2010-03-09 00:00:00
as a healer I never heal pets unless the pet is tanking (or off tanking) and saving our asses because the main tank is dead (unlikely he would die before me) or doesn't know what he's doing. But having a hunter main, I know hunters can heal their own pets. Don't expect me to use my own mana to do so. I have mana problems enough as it is because gung ho parties think they can take on 6 or 7 mobs at once. My healer is only up to 60 though, haven't done raids yet. don't forget to learn trapping. very important. I've been practicing, but I've had trouble getting into groups. Everyone wants mages it seems. I had a thread on whether I should get a new pet, but I think mine is fine. Only problems I had was when my pet was main tanking because he was running pallies and warlocks through scholo and dire maul for their epic mounts. My pet required massive healing (the pally did this- as my hot is too slow for the massive damage he was taking). I'm not sure how often I will be required to off tank, however. I'm still thinking about getting a wolf for this purpose. Right now I have a ravager. Great in solo play as it holds aggro ve...
learning new pet skills    2010-03-03 00:00:00
Greetings all, well I made a hunter finally (tons of fun wish I hadn't waited so long). Anyway my first pet is a boar. Well we are now both level 13 and I looked up where to get rank 2 of charge. So I put my pet into the stable went out and tamed another boar which had rank 2 charge. My problem is that I won't learn the skill. I've watched my new boar kill about 15 things and my hunter still hasn't learned the new skill so I can teach it to my main pet. What am I doing wrong? Or does it ...
Bejeweled to Appear as Minigame in World of Warcraft    2010-02-23 00:00:00
It's funny how developers can always come up with ways to turn addicting games into even more addicting ones. Such is the case with Bejeweled developer, PopCap Games, which will launch a version of the hit puzzle game for the biggest MMORPG (massive multiplayer online role playing game) out there, World of Warcraft. For those unaware of the two titles, Bejeweled is a small puzzle game that took the world by storm with its first version, launched in 2001, and broke all the records in 2004 with its sequel. Achieving over 25 million units sold and over 150 million downloads over the Internet, the game put its developer, PopCap Games, on the map of puzzle games. The other title, the most popular MMORPG out there, was developed by Blizzard and has currently 10 million subscribers, holding the supremacy in the MMO market, with over 62%.Sounds like a...
lvl a shaman up as resto In ft    2010-02-09 00:00:00
Yes it is fully possible to lvl a shaman up as resto. In ft on my server Resto shamans are very popular right now. =D hope that helps. Sorry Iannot help with your other questions. As my shaman is only lvl 12 :S but I need to fus on my Hunter =P I only have a lvl 10 priest so Iouldnt tell ya if its easier that way either lol. Youan level as a resto shaman yes... but I don't think it's worth it, unless your on a new server or are leveling along side a balaed group of otherharters you won't have mh lk doing instaes til you reh the outlands. So you should be looking at a solo build imo. Ehaement and elemental both work very well but the itemazation for elemental shamans is almost non existent before the outlands. Personally I leveled from 60-70 as ehaement before swihing to elemental. A restoration Shamanan solo heal most out...
when itomes to his all time favourite +hit?    2010-02-06 00:00:00
Bause he's a DPS whore and FSW is useless when itomes to his all time favourite +hit? Not to mention - and I'm still to hear a dissenting voe, the Dreadweave PvP gear is better than FSW.why do i hate it? bause it'srap for raiding. it lks everything a warlk needs eept damage and the only reason people love it is os they're all drunk on "+damage+shadow damage" os of the stupid idea that it's all you need (an idea whh only appeared in t). but what's even worse is when I see warlks in B L O O D Y TIER.SIX gear and STILL using the FSW boots shoulders e... it's redulous, it makes no sense and it's aomplete gimp of your damag...

The Lighthouse of Alexandria    2009-08-27 00:00:00
The Lighthouse of Alexandria was begun by Ptolemy in the Third Century BC and completed by his son, Ptolemy Philadelphos, on the island of Pharos in Alexandria, Egypt. With an estimated height of 380 to 660 feet, the Lighthouse of Alexandria was one of the Seven Wonders of the World, along with the Colossus of Rhodes and the Mausoleum of Mausollos.BackgroundPharos was a small island just off the coast of Egypt, near the city of Alexandria. The island was linked to the mainland by a man-made bridge. Together, the island of Pharos and the bridge formed half of Alexandria’s harbour.Because of Egypt’s low-lying coastal geography and lack of geographical features, a lighthouse was determined to be necessary in order to make it easier for ships to find the entrance to Alexandria`s harbour. The Lighthouse originally functioned as a landmark, providing ships with a visual aid for navigation during the day. The Lighthouse is traditionally pictured with either a light-reflecting mirror or a signal fire. It is thought that these were added by the Romans in the First Century AD.Description of the LighthouseAccording to legend Ptolemy had forbidden Sostratus, the architect of the Lighthouse, from engraving his name anywhere on the structure. Sostratus did so anyway and the following inscription was carved on the inside of the Lighthouse. ¡°Sostratus, the son Dexiphanes, the Cridian, dedicated this to our Saviour gods on behalf of all those who sail the seas.¡± He then had this inscription covered with plaster. On top of ...
Ode to World of Warcraft     2009-08-14 00:00:00
Article Source: www.associatedcontent.com.The Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMOPRG), World of Warcraft, is massively addicting, as the 6 million + fans may attest to. However, unless you like to carry a lap top everywhere you go, you'll probably be stuck playing WoW only from home. OQO hopes to change this, with the personal, handheld computer, capable of playing World of Warcraft, or other applications on a computer of normal size. OQO Model O2 sports the capability of running a small computer in the palm of your hand. It's roughly in between the size of a Blackberry and a Sony PSP, and it will run World of Warcraft via a wireless c...
